This program helps preserve the City’s housing stock, enhance neighborhood appearance, and improve the quality of life for residents. By providing financial assistance to eligible homeowners, Bell ensures that residents—especially those with limited means—can live in safe, healthy, and well-maintained homes.

Window and door replacements
Interior and exterior painting
Accessibility improvements for seniors and persons with disabilities
Health and safety-related repairs
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a homeowner within the City of Bell
Property must be owner-occupied
Household income must meet program income limits
Home must require necessary health, safety, or code-related repairs
