The City of Bell’s Commercial Façade Improvement Program supports local business owners and property owners in enhancing the exterior appearance of their commercial buildings. The program aims to revitalize the community’s business corridors, attract customers, and promote economic growth.

Program Covers:

  • Exterior painting and new signage

  • Storefront window and door replacement

  • Awnings, lighting, and decorative features

  • Landscaping and sidewalk improvements

  • Removal of security bars and addition of modern security features

  • Other exterior enhancements that improve curb appeal

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Property must be located within the City of Bell

  • Must be a commercial property or small business

  • Improvements must comply with City design guidelines

  • The property owner or tenant must be in good standing with the City
